Our products are handcrafted in small batches and may require additional processing time before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Returns & Satisfaction

Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
