5. Returns Due to the personal nature of our handcrafted skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
